ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 202 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.202 of 2024 on 03.05.2024 for the offences under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 420 IPC and that they have examined 4 witnesses and investigation is pending.

3. Since FIR came to be registered on 03.05.2024,, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 202 of 2024 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
