This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to cancel the ''Action Dropped'' Charge Sheet dated 20.05.2025 filed in Crime No.18/2014 dated 18.02.2014, on the file of the 9th respondent by the 6th respondent and ordered the 3rd respondent to conduct fresh/further investigation in the aforesaid case and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 and 10 to 17 to pay compensation money of Rs.50 Lakhs to the petitioner for death of his daughter Agilandeshwari at the 12 to 17 respondent's school premises while attending +2 chemistry lab test.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Civil & Criminal) submitted that the action has been dropped; therefore, the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the concerned court and file the appropriate application.
