ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the minutes passed in the Peace Committee Meeting organized by the second respondent herein vide Na.Ka.No.325/2021/A1, dated 23.06.2022, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The parties A and B have agreed the decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting held by the second respondent and signed on 17.10.2022. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3.In view of the aforesaid development, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
