For Petitioner : Mr.C.Senthil Murugan O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.1671 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint against the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and the case could not be proceeded with 1/4

on account of pendency of bailable warrants against the respondent. It is further submitted that bailable warrants are directed to Bazaar Police Station, Ramanathapuram.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is present in the Court has submitted that suitable directions will be given to Bazaar Police Station, Ramanathapuram to execute the bailable warrants issued against the accused.

4. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, is directed to see that the bailable warrants are executed to the respondent as early as possible and on appearance of the accused, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of S.T.C.No.1671 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
