2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is aged about 78 years and therefore, he is unable to travel from Chennai to Tirunelveli. Further, according to him, it is a case in counter case. 2/4

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 78 years, his personal appearance before the lower Court is dispensed with. Since, it is a case in counter case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District is directed to conduct simultaneous trial of CC.Nos. 31/2020 and 318/2020 and dispose of the cases as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 24.03.2023 NCC :
