The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint against the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and the case is being adjourned from time to time and thereby, sought for suitable directions to the trial Court to dispose of the same within a time frame fixed by the Court.

3. As per the record in S.T.C.No.1000 of 2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of S.T.C.No.1000 of 2022 as quickly as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
