O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action against the respondents 7 to 17 for ostracizing him and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 16.06.2016, the 6th respondent called upon the petitioner to attend the enquiry. After sending several summons, the petitioner did not turn back for enquiry and as such the complaint, dated 16.06.2016 was closed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action if any with the file of the 5th respondent. On receipt of the said complaint, the 6th respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to the counter parties and also giving opportunity to them and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
