ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application seeking issuance of separate patta. According to him, when he enquired about the status of his application, the 3rd respondent, who is working as a Section Officer, had intentionally hidden his application and asked him to make a new application in order to cause further delay. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the 3rd respondent and also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take action as against the 3rd respondent.

2. Though this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent/Thasildar has conducted an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2021 and the petitioner has been informed to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
