2. The learned counsels on both the sides are present before this Court.

3. By an order, dated 21.10.2024, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears amount before the Family Court, Srivilliputhur on or before 11.11.2024.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 21.10.2024, has not been complied with.

5. Since the conditional order of this Court, dated 21.10.2024, has not been complied with by the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
