O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to appoint any other competent investigating agency to conduct further investigation of the above case in Crime No.145 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No. 145 of 2018 and after completion of enquiry, they filed a closure report as undetectable one. R.C.S notice is also served to the petitioner. 3.Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to filed a private complaint before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
