ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, on the ground that the third respondent is continuously foisting false cases against the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that five cases have been registered against the petitioner. In all those cases, investigation was completed and final report was filed. But the final report was not taken on file by the concerned Court. Pending the trial process, another complaint has been registered against the petitioner, over which he made some allegations against the third respondent to the first respondent.

3. If any complaint has been received by the first respondent, the same has to be enquired and disposed of within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
