DECREE:-This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming up for hearing on this day in the presence of MR.K.K.SAMY, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the Respondent and the parties herein having settled their differences and entered into a Settlement Agreement between themselves in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and through their respective counsels and having filed the said Settlement Agreement duly signed by the parties as well as their Advocate and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the order of the Court below and the material papers of the Appeal and the said Settlement Agreement and in persuance to the said agreement and this Court while recording the same and allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That, the judgment and decree of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, dated 01/03/2017 made in HMOP No.52/2015 be and hereby are set aside ;

(2) that, the marriage solemnized between the Appellant and the Respondent herein be and hereby is dissolved by mutual consent and a decree of divorce is granted to the Appellant as prayed for ;

(3) that, both the Parties be and hereby are agreed to settle all the disputes and differences as amicably and they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to this Appeal and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
