This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Thiruvarur to the Family Court, Trichy or any other competent Court at Trichy.

2. It is represented by both sides that the parties have settled their disputes before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and entered in to a settlement, which has been duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel on 06.11.2020 and in the said Settlement, they have also consented to dissolve their marriage solemnized on 26.05.2008. A copy of the same has also been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the said settlement dated 06.11.2020, shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
