By this writ petition, an order dated 17.12.2015 of the fourth respondent has been challenged.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsequent order of the District Revenue Officer was challenged in W.P.(MD).No.708 of 2016 and the said writ petition was disposed of without interfering with the order of the District Revenue Officer. In view of these developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. By taking note of these developments, W.P.(MD).No.16224 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD).Nos.11871 and 11872 of 2016 are closed.
