O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to any entry-level post under the control of the first respondent school considering, the petitioner's educational qualifications and the representations dated 28.02.2025, 04.03.2025 and 05.05.2025, within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as a Sanitary Worker in the Government Kallar Higher Secondary School, Theni District. Subsequently, she completed her B.Lit. Course 2/6

in 2016, followed by T.P.T and M.A. (Tamil) degrees in 2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite being fully qualified for an entry-level post, her candidature has not been considered. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.05.2025 seeking regularization of her employment on the basis of her educational qualification. As no action was taken on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) 3/6

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the second respondent to consider the same on its own merits. No costs.
