ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the second respondent, under which, the petitioner was not permitted to appear for counselling for 3 year L.L.B., degree Course that was offered by the first respondent University. This Court by an order, dated 06.09.2016, had reserved one seat for the writ petitioner. However, in view of passage of time, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered and the petitioner is always at liberty to apply afresh, if he is so advised.

2. With the above said observation, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
