Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK.R.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE(CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11965 of 2021 on 25.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 19.11.2021 and it has not been taken on file so far.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11965 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 is relaxed and since the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
