This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents, to issue necessary direction to the 3rd respondent herein, to issue the patta in bearing Survey No. 58/49 to the extent of 174 square meters situated at Rettakulam Village, Thruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2023 made to the 1st to 3rd respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted a representation on 21.08.2023 for issuance of patta to the property bearing Survey No. 58/49 to the extent of 174 square meters situated at Rettakulam Village, Thruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District. However, no action has been taken on the said application. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by 2/4
the third respondent/Tahsildar within a time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
