O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner alleges that the second and third respondents are interfering in the civil dispute, which is pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petition mentioned complaint given by the fourth respondent was enquired into and closed on 16.12.2021. The fourth respondent as well as the petitioner have given statements that they will workout their rights before the jurisdictional Civil Court.
