Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of rejection passed by the 3rd respondent dated 12.11.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to sanction and disburse the educational loan to the petitioner's son for perusing his B.E., (Computer Science) in St. Joseph's Institute of Technology, Kancheepuram.

ORDER
Challenging the rejection order passed by the third respondent dated 12.11.2018 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's son, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents. 3.Today, when the case is taken up for final hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent Bank, on instructions,
would submit that, the earlier application submitted by the petitioner has been returned back for some reasons, notwithstanding the same, if once again the petitioner makes a fresh application to the respondents or resubmit the application with full details, that would be reconsidered by the respondent Bank and according to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, a decision to sanction the loan would be taken by the respondent within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the said stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"That the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application or resubmit the earlier application returned by the Bank with all relevant documents, as has been sought for by the bank and once such application is resubmitted by the petitioner, the respondent Bank shall consider the same on merits and decide as to whether the petitioner can be permitted to avail the educational loan for the purpose, which has been sought for in the application and such decision shall be taken and intimated to the petitioner by the respondent Bank within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the resubmitted application with relevant documents." No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
