ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 18.01.2024, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Sessions Judge, (FAC ) Thoothukudi , vide the letter in D.No.2709/2024 dated 22.04.2024, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of the Special Court i.e., the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tuticorin.

2.The learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Tuticorin, sent a letter dated 22.04.2024, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Spl.C.C.No.3 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this , dated 18.01.2024. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above said case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.C.C.No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of the Special Court i.e., the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tuticorin from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
