PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.17 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the intervener and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner was granted an interim bail by this Court on 04.11.2019 and that the same was also periodically extended by putting the petitioner on terms. Today(25.02.2020), a memorandum has been filed by the petitioner who is figuring as A2 in this case. The memo has been taken on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will pay a further sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to Sam Sundar Nicholas and another sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to Jeno. The time limit has also been indicated in the memo.
