To admit this appeal on file, to call for the records from the Lower Court and to duly set aside the Judgment passed in C.A.No.67 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, dated 13.12.2019 and consequently confirm the order in C.C.No.95 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court, Karaikudi, dated 16.05.2018, and acquitted the appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.BHARATHY KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RM.ARUN SWAMINATHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.626 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.46 of 2020 dated 02.06.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner vide order dated 02.06.2020 and the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

CRL MP(MD) No.12009 of 2021 4.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.626 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.46 of 2020 dated 02.06.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
