This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Notice has been served on R1 to R5 and they are represented through counsel Insofar as R6 is concerned, he remained ex-parte before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with. R4, who is the father of the deceased died. Since the other legal representatives of R4 are already on record, it is not necessary to implead the legal representatives of R4.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
