This petition is filed for modification of the 2nd condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8557 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11482 of 2027, dated 29.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the prayer made for cancellation of bail and by way of an interim arrangement between the parties until such time the parties are obtain orders from the civil court, a condition was imposed that an affidavit will be filed before this court not to interfere with the property only to avoid the immediate tension or any further law and order situation. By the said observation, it cannot be seen that this Court has held one way or the other with reference to the title or possession of the party, let the affidavit be filed within a period of one week.

4.
