ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to halt the passenger Train No.56707 from Dindigul to Madurai and Train No.56708 from Madurai to Dindigul at Karupatti Railway Station regularly and to restore Karupatti Railway Station to its original position. 2.This Court has gone through the entire averments made in the Writ Petition. Such request of the petitioner is not feasible for this Court to pass appropriate orders to the respondent Railways. It is for the Railway Department to consider such request. The petitioner having filed the Writ Petition as a pro bono publico, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the respondent Railways to consider and take appropriate decisions in this matter. No costs.
