COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for Mandamus directing the respondents to grant approval to the petitioners from the date of original appointment.

2. The contention of the petitioners is that the College has appointed them on the respective date stated in the appointment orders. But the Government has granted approval 6 months / 1 year / 21⁄2 years belatedly. The contention of the petitioner is that the other Lecturers were granted approval from the date of appointment through the second respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9639/G4 /2015, dated 25.01.2016. Therefore, the claim of the petitioners is to consider the petitioners case in the light of Na.Ka.No. 9639/G4/2015, dated 25.01.2016.
3. Therefore this Court directs the official respondents to consider the petitioners claim and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
