3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner initially joined as a Godown Keeper in the third respondent Society and retired on 31.07.2023 as an Assistant Manager. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he retired from service on 31.07.2023, his remaining retirement benefits have not been settled till date. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.06.2025, which is still pending consideration before the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of 3/6

hearing. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the third respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
