ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the fourth respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the writ petitioner and the fifth respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the erring police official attached with fourth respondent police station based on his representation dated 18.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry is pending before the fourth respondent and that the writ petitioner was directed to appear and in pursuance of the same, he has 2/4

appeared and undertaken to produce the documents but subsequently he has filed the present petition. He would further submit that they have received the documents concerned and will conclude the enquiry within one week.

3. Recording the same, the fourth respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
