Complaining certain inconveniences which may arise if the cremation ground is formed at Palkulam-Karumparai road, Azhagiapandiapuram Panchayat, Gnalam Village, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, the present writ petition has been filed, to forbear the respondents from forming such cremation ground.

Today, when the matter was called, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submitted that the Panchayat has no proposal to construct any cremation ground at PalkulamKarumparai road. As such, the petitioner cannot have any grievance. Page No.2 of 4
