Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to allow the civil revision petition and to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24-08-2022 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.294 of 2010 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Valliyoor and allow the civil revision petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. V. George Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the respondents not appearing either in person by through counsel, this Court made the following order: 'The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.02.2025, the amount has been paid and he has also filed a cost memo to that effect. The cost memo is recorded. The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed.'
