This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Fast Track Judge(Magistrate Level), Karur, to receive the affidavit filed under section 145 (1) of Negotiable Instruments Act by the petitioner as a evidence in C.C.NO.377 of 2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the trial before the trial Court has been completed and it is posted for arguments. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
