At the hearing on 16.03.2023, it was recorded that there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was listed today under the caption for dismissal. Once again, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate points out that legal heirship certificate was issued to the petitioners on 21.08.2022. He has also placed before this Court the relevant legal heirship certificate and evidence that Sathiya, whose name finds place at serial No.5 of the legal heirship certificate, is the fifth petitioner, Ambedkar, who changed his name subsequently by issuing a gazette notification on 15.11.2016. He also

submits that Arulmary, whose name finds place at serial No.3 of the legal heirship certificate is the third petitioner, Arulmozhi.

3. In view of the above developments, it is evident that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
