PRAYER :- To cancel the bail granted in favour of the 1st respondent in Cr.M.P.No.3437 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the 1st respondent herein/accused in Cr.M.P.No.3437 of 2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai on 05.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent police.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner/de-facto complainant that, while granting bail to the 1st respondent/accused, the trial Court failed to direct the accused to deposit any amount, especially considering that the case pertains to job racketing.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent herein/accused has not violated any of the conditions imposed by the trial Court. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition. 2/4

5. The contention raised by the petitioner/de-facto complainant cannot be entertained, as granting of bail without imposing any condition regarding deposit is within the discretion of the concerned Court. Hence, the present petition seeking cancellation of bail is not liable to be considered.
