W.P(MD)No.16405 of 2016 places on record communication dated 23.11.2017 whereunder the petitioner withdraws the objections raised by him in his representations filed before respondents 1 to 3 objecting to the grant of permission to the fourth respondent to shift the business or to commence business at 13, Senmozhi Nagar, Thennur, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.In the light of the aforesaid communication dated 23.11.2017, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Hence, recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
