This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2023.

2. Heard Mr.T.Palanisamy, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner claims that the said temple is located in his own Patta land and it is a family Deity. But, his rights has not been considered by the 2/4

appropriate authorities. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a petition before the respondents under Section 63 of HR & CE Act. If it is the petitioner's remedy is not to file a suit, the petition may be considered by the respondents and pass an order, at earliest.
