ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation dated 10.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.569 of 2024 came to be registered and during pendency of the enquiry, the petitioner and the private respondents have entered into a compromise and the petitioner has given a statement 2/4

stating that since they have entered into compromise, further action is not necessary and on that basis, they have closed the CSR.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
