Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJASEKAR.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12731 of 2023 on 13.07.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, investigation has been completed, final report has been filed in C.C. No.574 of 2023 before the Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai.
