2022 as common surety for all of the petitioners Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVALINGAM R, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to execute two sureties each in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17886 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.12755 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17886 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute two common sureties each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- . The other conditions, shall remain unaltered. The time is also extended for a further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute the sureties as stated above sd/- 26/10/2022 / TRUE COPY / /11/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
