Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide Na.Ka.No.2704/2015 Sa.Pa dated 30.03.2016 and quash the same and consequently forbear the fourth respondent Enquiry Officer from any way interfering and to conduct enquiry under Section 81 of the TNCS Act, 1983.
