O R D E R

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to produce the detenue namely Pency Leethiga, W/o. Johnson, aged about 23 years, who is the wife of the petitioner and daughter of the third respondent.

2.The wife of the petitioner had been missing on and from 15.07.2024. The first and second respondents were able to secure the detenue and stated that she has gone out on her own volition. 3.Since she is a major and she is safe, she has every right to take any/every decision on her own. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
