With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents have not effect the electricity service connection to his agricultural land even after he has paid the necessary amount for service connection.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not complete the wiring work and therefore, the respondents have not effect the service connection.

4. In response to the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that entire wiring works which are required have been completed yesterday i.e., 07.09.2023.

5. Considering the above submissions, this writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to effect the service connection to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
