Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.GIRH/Estt/ 2016-17/0474 dated 26.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all monetary benefits.

Challenging the order issued by the second respondent in Ref.No.GIRH/Estt/ 2016-17/0474 dated 26.08.2016, wherein the petitioner is suspended pending enquiry, this Writ Petition is filed.

2. During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, enquiry is conducted and the petitioner is terminated from service vide proceedings dated 18.11.2022 and as such, nothing

survives in this Writ Petition.

3. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. No costs.

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
