This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.153 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivakasi and quash the same as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the matter has become infructuous as the case in CC No.153 of 2017 has been disposed of after full trial on 11.11.2011 and the petitioner is acquitted.

3.Since the case was disposed of, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
