RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition passed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 15353/2023 dated 23.08.2023 in so far as the petitioner should deposit Rs. 25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) before the trial court.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAVENI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- While passing the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15353 of 2023, dated 23.08.2023, 1/3

cost of Rs.25,000/- has been imposed upon the petitioner towards the damage caused to the computer.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that the computer is old and it is not worth about Rs.25,000/-.

3. At that time of hearing in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15353 of 2023 also, the very same submission has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. I find no reason to modify the above said condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
