This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the first respondent has not filed any counter. R2 name printed in the cause list, called absent, no representation and set ex-parte. The learned counsel for R3 has no objection in allowing this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
