ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of FIR in Crime No. 368 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the second respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai the same has been taken congnizance in C.C. No. 57 of 2016.
