This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5, by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 19.09.2022.

The case of the petitioner is that she was selected as a Member for the 4th Ward of V.Karisalkulam Panchayat, Thamaraikulam, Vayalchri Post, Virudhunagar District in the year 2020 and subsequently, she was selected as Vice President of V.Karisalkulam Panchayat. The respondents 4 and 5 colluding together and committed various irregularities in the administration of the Panchayat works and swindled the Panchayat funds for their personal gain and also committed various corruptions in the Panchayat without constructing Paalvadi Mayyam, Public Toilet and Three Motor Rooms and 2 Canal Walls, as per the Government Rules and Regulations. Hence, the petitioner has sent a detailed representation to the respondents 1 to 3 and also to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Cell, requesting them to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5. But till date there is no action taken by the respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that already the petitioner has given a 3/6
complaint against the Vice President of the said Panchayat and hence, the Block Development Officer, Narikudi, has called for an enquiry on 22.09.2022 at 12'o clock and asked the Vice President to appear for an enquiry. The petitioner also with the same set off allegations has given a representation to the District Collector and other authorities on 19.09.2022.
4. Considering the above said facts, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.09.2022 also, while conducting an enquiry.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
