ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 6 of 2014, pending before the first respondent office. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation, in this case, by closing the same as 'mistake of fact' and also filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli on 03.07.2019 itself. In this regard, a notice was also served upon one Renald Regan, who is stated to be the son of the petitioner. 3.The said fact was objected by the petitioner, stating that she did not receive either the copy of closure report or notice. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
