ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the representation dated 31.12.2015 seeking to restore the pathway in front of the petitioner's property in Survey No.414/12 Ayaikudi Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that notice has been issued on the petitioner's representation and further action will be taken within a reasonable time.

3.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
